  I own a small restaurant on Preston Hwy. We had a problem with our freezer during the recent rain due some flooding. I thought we were going to lose thousands of dollars in inventory because our walk-in quit working. James, the owner, came when I told them it was an emergency and he showed up fast and had it patched up and working quickly so that I would not lose all of my stock. He went out of his way to get the new parts for a more permanent fix. He really saved the day and saved us thousands of dollars in lost inventory and revenue. We were up and running in record time.
