  Took my Honda crv into store at my appointment time Monday 0930 hours to have a sensor light and a rattle checked. Waited for same in store, received no information until I asked what was going on. From this point on the, communication between myself aND the company went down hill. I was repeated told by managers and corporate customer service I would be advised of the progress of my repairs. Today is Friday my suv is still at the shop, no one has initiated a call to me. Parts have been miss ordered. My rear bushings have gone from being completely destroyed to only being a cosmetic issue and reinstalled . Now we wait for a selenoid for honda. Have been assured they will keep me up to date, but if they do not call them back. Oh by the way, I left a message with the corporate manager on Tuesday, never hear back. Talked to customer service to let them know about it. Waiting for a reply.
