  I frequented this particular Jimmy Johns almost weekly and always had excellent service, and my order was always right, but for whatever reason lately they have made multiple sandwiches incorrectly. I also had another negative experience and was told I would get a call back, and heard nothing back from manager or owner. I think I’ll choose a different Jimmy Johns location in the future.
