  Serious lack of oversight or any logistical capabilities. I would not trust this company to handle any of my company's shipping needs. I was contacted by one of their employees (possibly the delivery driver) on the day my shipment was to be delivered and was notified that he couldn't find my boxes but would deliver them probably the next day. I told him that it was no big deal and that it would be fine. The next day came and went and there was no communication from the company. On the next day I called the number from which I was called. This was apparently the delivery driver's personal cell phone and although not really rude he did treat me unprofessioanlly. I was told to call the terminal because "he had delivered so much and remember who I was." I'm guessing it's common for him to call customers and inform them that he can't locate their shipments. I called the terminal where my shipment is located and the lady that answered told me that they knew my shipment had arrived but, indeed they could not find it. I was given the excuse that they had over 300 Tv's to deliver and it would be difficult to locate but they were going to search for it and they would call me with an update by the end of the day. I was never called back. I called the company that is listed as being the shipping provider (Pilot) and they told me that they were unable to reach the terminal and that they might be closed for the weekend. I called Forward Air's corporate office and they confirmed that the terminal was closed for the weekend and that they would call me on Monday.
  
  I was already unimpressed by the length of time it was going to take to ship the product. Ordered on Nov 24th, shipped from Atlanta on Dec 5th, arrived in Louisville on the 6th but not set out for delivery until the 13th. It's currently the 16th and I will be unable to even contact the company until the 18th. I have huge doubts that my package will either be located or ready for delivery and that is a solid 6 days after it was supposed to be delivered and 14 days after it arrived to the terminal.
