  We had a terrible experience with Berger Allied. The sales representative under estimated the weight of our move by 3,000 pounds in order to get our business. Due to this miscalculation all of our items did not fit on the truck and had to be delivered 2 weeks later. The driver and his crew were extremely unprofessional. One crew member showed up sick and spent hours throwing up in my bathroom. The drivers son who packed the basement did not wrap a signal item (we paid for full pack) so many pictures and Christmas decorations for broken and damaged. None of my lamps were wrapped and our closet items were dumped in boxes instead of hung in the wardrobe boxes we paid for. My husbands clothes were packed with the toilet bowl brushes from the bathroom. This team of movers were the worst we have ever had and we have moved across country 4 times. If you are in Louisville DO NOT USE this company!
