  Took forever to get a serviceman to the house. He took the Heatilator fireplace apart but couldn’t fix it. He said I would need to buy 3 parts totaling $600 before he would return. I had to pay $199 for his trip whether I agreed to order the parts or not. I told him not to return to our home.
